📌 First step in finding a team is a Reliable DUPR Rating

If you participated in the Inaugural Season of the East Bay Team Pickleball League, or you have particpated in one or more of Michael's DUPR Round Robins, this is not news to you.
But if you have done neither, you need to understand that attaining a reliable DUPR rating is the first step in findiing or forming a team to participate in the upcoming Summer Season.
To get a reliable rating, DUPR requires players to record about 15-20 games. DUPR defines reliable as 60% or higher. A highly reliable rating (100%) typically requires around 50 games against a diverse mix of opponents and partners, but 60% or better is enough to join a team.
Other than age restrictions for Senior (50+) divisions, your reliable DUPR rating is the principle criterion for determining in which Division or Divisions you are eligible to participate.
